Eagle I™ is a local-first desktop time-tracking application for Windows. Eagle I™ tracks your activity on your machine and stores it into a zero-knowledge encrypted local vault. All user data is stored 100% locally on your machine—never on our servers. Eagle I™ is provided as software you run on your device—not as legal, accounting, or compliance advice.
Your 72-hour free trial starts on your first use of Eagle I™. No credit card is required to begin the trial. During this time, you have full access to all features.
After the 72-hour trial ends, a 10-day grace period begins. You maintain full access to Eagle I™ during this period, but billing applies once you subscribe. If you do not subscribe by the end of the grace period, Eagle I™ will pause access, but your local vault data is never deleted automatically.
Pricing is set as follows: Weekly $1.79, Monthly $5.39, Yearly $46.90, Lifetime $139, and Founder's $349. All prices are tax-inclusive (between 9-20% depending on your country).
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via our customer portal at checkout.eagle-i.pro/billing.
Our payment processor is Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. They handle all secure payment processing and calculate, collect, and remit all applicable tax and VAT on our behalf.
Eagle I™ uses a completely keyless system. There are NO license keys ever. We identify your authorized installation using a secure install hash. This ensures seamless access without the need for manual key entry, while tying your subscription status securely to your machine.

Strict no-refund policy. We offer a fully functional 72-hour free trial available before any purchase so you can ensure Eagle I™ meets your needs. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle at checkout.eagle-i.pro/billing.
These editions include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are considered strictly on a case-by-case basis for genuine hardship. Partial refunds may apply (Lifetime: up to $100; Founder's: up to $250).
The Founder's Edition is strictly limited to 500 Founders globally.

All your tracking data remains strictly on your device. Eagle I™ employs zero-knowledge encryption, which means Eagle I™'s creators cannot recover a lost vault key. You are solely responsible for securing your vault key and exporting records as needed.
You may not reverse-engineer, circumvent billing or trial limits, redistribute the installer in a way that misrepresents the publisher, or use Eagle I™ to monitor others without their knowledge where prohibited by law.
