Effective date: 22 June 2026. Eagle I is local-first; this policy explains what leaves your device.
Eagle I stores your work time tracking data on your machine by default. We do not upload window titles, vault contents, or screenshots to our servers for core tracking. When you use subscription features, we process account and billing metadata—and a pseudonymous device reference described below.
When you subscribe, Paddle processes payment and provides us subscription status, customer ID, and related billing events. We do not store full payment card numbers.
On first online sync for subscription/trial integrity, Eagle I may send a one-way hashed device reference to our dock service. It cannot be reversed to read your files or window titles. Retention: up to 90 days after last relevant use unless tied to an active subscription. Legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interest in preventing trial abuse, as described in our Terms of Service.
If you contact support or download updates, we may receive email, app version, and platform—not your vault contents unless you attach them.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (account email, device reference records). Vault data on your device is under your control; uninstalling or vault wipe removes local copies. Contact: support email on our website.
We will post updates on this page. Material changes to device reference processing will be reflected in the Terms of Service.
