1. Summary

Eagle I™ stores 100% of your work time tracking data locally on your machine. Eagle I™ never uploads your window titles, vault contents, screenshots, or project data to any server. Your data remains strictly in your control.

2. Data on your device

• Activity sessions, projects, tasks, and reports reside only in your local vault.
• Your data is protected by zero-knowledge encryption. Eagle I™'s creators cannot recover a lost vault key.
• Billing state files and preferences are saved locally on your disk.

3. Data processed for licensing and billing

3.1 Payments

Our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, acts as the Merchant of Record. They handle secure payment processing, tax calculation, and provide us with subscription status and an install hash. We do not store or process your payment card numbers.

3.2 Keyless Architecture

Eagle I™ utilizes a completely keyless system. Instead of license keys, Eagle I™ derives a device-and-account install identifier to verify your active subscription or 72-hour free trial status. It is a one-way cryptographic value computed from your device's firmware identifiers and your Windows account identifier. It identifies the installation, not you: it cannot be reversed to your name, your files, your activity, or any personal information, and it is never linked to your tracked data — which never leaves your machine.

4. What we do not collect

The team behind Eagle I™ is fundamentally opposed to surveillance. Therefore, Eagle I™ does NOT:

• Continuously upload activity or window titles.
• Require you to create a cloud account to track your time.
• Sell or share any personal data to advertisers.
