Eagle I is time-tracking software. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or human-resources advice. We build integrity-aware records and tamper indicators because accurate time data matters to professionals— that reflects our engineering goals, not a guarantee that any third party will accept your exports without review.
You are responsible for reviewing, exporting, and retaining timesheets and supporting detail before trial expiry, subscription lapse, or vault wipe. If you rely on Eagle I output for billing clients, payroll, or disputes, verify totals and project attribution against your own records and policies. Eagle I helps you capture and report time; final judgment on what you submit remains yours.
Eagle I is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to deliver reliable desktop capture, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free reports, or fitness for every regulatory regime. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Eagle I shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data (except where caused by our gross negligence and not preventable by export), or business interruption arising from use of the software. Our aggregate liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.
Paddle processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. Microsoft Store distribution is subject to Microsoft’s policies. Eagle I is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
