Eagle I™ is time-tracking software. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or human-resources advice. Eagle I™ tracks your activity and helps you capture time, but you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the data before submitting it to clients or employers.
Because Eagle I™ stores all user data 100% locally on your machine with zero-knowledge encryption, Eagle I™'s creators cannot recover a lost vault key. If you lose your vault key, your data will be irrecoverable. You are strictly responsible for maintaining proper backups of your vault key and any exported timesheets.
Eagle I™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to deliver reliable desktop capture, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free reports, or fitness for every regulatory regime. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, acts as the Merchant of Record. They calculate, collect, and remit taxes (which are included in all listed pricing, ranging between 9% and 20%) on our behalf. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your billing transactions.
