Eagle I supports confidential work through practical controls: local-first vault storage, privacy filters to exclude sensitive applications from tracking and reports, and highly confidential project modes that adjust capture behavior. Export is deliberate—you generate PDF or CSV when you need to share, not as an automatic pipeline to a vendor.
